Privacy Policy

Standard Holdings Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the JewelVPN software (“JewelVPN,” the “App,” or the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use JewelVPN.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We believe privacy should be the default. JewelVPN does not collect, store, or log any of the following:

  • Browsing history
  • Traffic contents (websites visited, data transmitted, DNS queries, etc.)
  • Connection metadata (source IP address, destination IP, connection timestamps, or bandwidth usage)
  • Identifiers (no personal account system, no usernames, no email login)
  • Payment details (There are no subscriptions, payments, fees, or charges with JewelVPN)
  • Crash logs or error logs

2. Information We May Collect

To keep the service operational and reliable, we may process minimal, anonymized data:

  • Heartbeat Reports: Lightweight anonymous signals sent periodically to monitor server load and uptime. These reports do not include traffic or user identity such as IP addresses or device details of the users computer. They exist solely to ensure that servers scale and distribute load properly under demand.

This information cannot be tied back to you as an individual.

3. Third-Party Integration (HoneyGain)

JewelVPN integrates with HoneyGain, a third-party bandwidth sharing service. By using JewelVPN, you consent to HoneyGain’s use of your device’s internet connection as outlined in their documentation.

There is no opt-out of this integration aside from uninstalling JewelVPN. You can disable HoneyGain in the JewelVPN application by clicking the settings icon and then the toggle in the dropdown.

4. How We Use Information

The limited anonymized data described above is used exclusively for:

  • Ensuring reliable server performance
  • Preventing overload and downtime
  • Scaling infrastructure as demand grows

We do not sell, rent, or share this data with advertisers or data brokers. There is no third-party economic value to these internal engineering metrics.

5. Data Retention

Since JewelVPN does not log your traffic, connection metadata, or personal identifiers, there is nothing retained about your VPN sessions. Heartbeat reports and server load metrics are stored only in aggregate form and cannot be linked back to you.

6. Distribution in Restricted Regions

JewelVPN is permitted for distribution in sanctioned countries under exemptions obtained by Standard Holdings Group LLC, granted by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. We provide this service worldwide, including regions where censorship circumvention is critical.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to keep servers updated and protected. There are no user accounts and there is no personal user data stored by JewelVPN.

8. Your Choices

  • Uninstall: The only way to discontinue all data processing is to uninstall JewelVPN.
  • No Accounts: Because we do not require accounts, there are no passwords, emails, or identifiers for you to manage.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical or legal changes. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of JewelVPN after changes constitutes acceptance.
